Everyone has different skin types from oily to dry skin. Along with it they also have some type of problematic issue like acne, redness, hyper-pigmentation, large pores, wrinkles, under eye circles, and much more. We all have something we want to cover up or take care of. While I'm no skincare expert these are my tips I would like to share that helped my issue with acne 😁.
- Drink lots of water.
- I think this helped a lot with my acne because when I started to drink water more, I would notice fewer breakouts and were less severe. I used to drink lots of soda and sugary drinks which was not for my body and hardly any water. Water purifies the body and make sure it is hydrated.
- Make sure you wash your pillow cases.
- This is very important as I find that we can leave leftover bacteria, oil, and dirt. While you are suppose to wash your face before you sleep, a majority of us 🙋 can't resist taking a nap during the day.
- Don't touch your face a lot.
- while this was very hard to do as I liked to put my head to rest on my hand or rub my face and eyes I had to break out of this habit for our hands carry lots of germ from surfaces our hands touch. I would notice when I touched my face with dirty hands there would be pimple forming or a breakout starting. -as you can see my skin was very sensitive and didn't take much for me to breakout. 😖
- Wash your face every night and morning.
- Do wash your face every night with your preferred cleanser to take off all that gunk. In the morning, I like to use micellar water to cleanse.
